Donn did create the user name but t_temsf can and is accessed by multiple volunteer moderators. As Dr. Bledsoe stated this list was assumed from TDH at their request so as to continue this very important public forum. In the time that TEMSF has been moderating this list, we have blocked multiple attempts of spammers and until this recent thread most on the list were unaware it was even moderated. That is until the AUP was posted. Our intention since we assumed the list back in late October is for the moderation to go unnoticed. If you read the AUP, you find there are no rules. There are only guidelines and suggestions. Texasems-l is still an open forum. Members may still post freely without fear of moderation as long as they don't become verbally abusive to other members, rude or vulgar, and even this misbehavior will result only in an email warning from the volunteer moderator requesting the offending items stop. If you have any suggestions or comments to better this list, please email the volunteer moderators at -owner . Mr. [ is list owner and username t_temsf is a moderator. Easy to check. Just go to the group's site, click on members, then click on the moderators tab. Didn't somebody on this list recently say something about immaturity?
