I am looking for a firm that can do an “Operational Audit”. This is a term stated by the firm that did the City Audit this year. They have suggested that the EMS be audited by a firm knowledgeable of EMS operations. We are a Municipal service providing 911 coverage as well as transfer services for the local hospital. In addition to the “normal” EMS operations, we also do our own claims submission to Medicare, Medicaid and all the Insurance companies. Our City Hall is responsible for collections, printing of statements and financial services. The audit will look at all areas.
