Does anyone have a reasonable substitute

for pita bread? I prefer a whole-grain, hefty one. I don’t want to give

up eating falafel with my best friend and falafel buddy. I’m sure I can

come up with a gluten free falafel mix, but the pita bread is still tripping me

up.

if you look in files under recipes, and then breads, you will see a

recipe for indian flat bread that i like. you can try substituting

other flours if you don't like the ones used.

Speaking of crepes I had some this morning for brunch at a bistro sort of place. The very BEST part was all the "edible garnish" - fruits carved up so nicely.

Anyway, the crepes were buckwheat. Each had a sausage rolled in it and cheddar cheese grated on the top. Some of the cheese melted and some didn't. Very nice meal.
