Guest guest
My neck is extremely hard to get. Have you tried using moist heat on your neck prior to your adjustment, to help loosen the muscles? My neck muscles are so very tight, he even pulls just below my ears every visit. You might need to try a new chiro. I've been to about 30 and each have their own strenths and weaknesses..and things they do well. I didn't think I'd ever find one who could get my neck. So far, I've found only 2. Have you had a chiro use an activator? They can help a great deal. ~Annette -----Original Message----- From: valerie I have grinding noises in my neck and also get horrible right side headaches. Have been to chiro but he can't pop it. I can pop it myself sometimes and that seems to help a little. If I hurt real bad I use ice and heat. Klonopin helped a few months ago and was headache free for a little while but it isn't helping this go round. I'm thinking of asking doc for muscle relaxer as my neck feels so tight sometimes. I won't have the money to see a chiro when I get to NC for a while.. and thats scaring me... the pain has been worse lately.. or maybe i've just noticed it more because we are trying to fix it..
