Donna, to you have a hand blender? I brought my Braun hand blender ($19)

every where with me. I had my surgery right befor x-mas and you know all the

eating involved with tha (we're italien also LOL) the blender fits in a mug

and will just about blend anything. I ate the same as everyone else but in

smaller pieces. you may need to add liquid. have fun

That is an awesome weight loss. I am so happy for you! You sound great!

How is it going eating normal food? Have you had anything not agree or

any vomiting? I am somewhat excited but somewhat scared about my 1 month

on Wednesday. I am going away today for a couple days to visit my niece

in NH. My nephew is home from Virginia. They live in a beautiful home on

a Lake. This will be my first time out socially. They know about my

surgery but I hope it isn't too difficult for me with everyone eating

barbecue food, drinks and snack. I have my list of foods to bring to stay

on the liquid blended diet. Talk to you soon. Donna

Thank you for that info. Yes, I have a hand blender. I actually forgot

about it. A friend that had wls last November lent it to me. I am off to

NH in a few minutes. So glad I checked my e-mail.
