All I did was call UHC before we got started and found out that they needed a letter of medical ness. from our ped so I contacted him to have him write one and send it in! I didn't have to appeal or anything. And originally (last week) we got a letter saying that CT was out of network and we wouldn't be getting much of anything to cover the cost. Then I got that check yesterday so I was shocked!! It just said since I dealt with it ahead of time that they gave us network coverage....which was almost all of the coverage of the band! I'm sorry you got denied!! I was going to be really nervous if I did cause I wasn't sure myself how to go about an appeal. I really hate that I can't help you more on this! Lacy > > Hey everyone!
