I believe the consensus is normal is 0-3mm with under 6 mm being too

mild. 6-10 being mild but warrants banding, 10-15 moderate, 15+

severe. There is no definitive. I read somewhere - and haven't been

able to find it since - that 99.6% of the population is less than 6

mm. I believe the study was before back to sleep so now normal may be

shifting. Also just an FYI if the asymmetry is not in the " right "

place then a band will not work. There have to be holding points. My

daughter Kiersten measured 10 mm trans cranial vault and 8 mm ears.

In photos it appears she does not have good holding points. In person

CT was able to determine she would be a candidate. Of course her neck

was way tight and we chose to work on that first. When we go back Dec

27 we may have corrected her head just enough to get rid of the

holding points. She may still be over 6 mm but no longer a

candidate. Does that make sense??

I think normal is 0-2mm or 3mm, and they begin Doc banding at 5mm, but

don't quote me on this,lol.
