I'm feeling a little more confident and I've spent this evening finalizing my recipe. I few people have shared recipes or pointed me toward some good webpages with recipes. Here's what I've come up with for now. It's based on the ingredients I have in hand. I know it's not ideal because I don't have any fancy butters or anything but I'll get to that later. I just want to get started, for now. I just sorta put this recipe together based on all of the basic recipes I've read. By the way, I ran this through the MMS Lye Calculator. <wink> Castor Oil - 1 oz Coconut Oil - 8 oz Olive Oil - 10 oz Palm Oil - 8 oz Emu Oil - 1 oz Lard - 6 oz water - 13 oz lye - 5.06 oz Should I lessen the amount of water and lye just a tad? like to 12 oz water and 5 oz of lye?)
