I too have read the same thing in MANY articles on FMS patience...and

to be quiet honest I was taking Magnesium and I had to stop....it would cause

me to have SEVERE stomach cramps and then I would have the worst case of the

poo's a person could ever imagine (sorry for the discriptiveness) but yes I

had to quit taking it because it was tear'n me up.

I also know for those of you suffering from leg aches at night ....eat

more bannanna's....I use to have the same problem and still do sometimes, but

I started eating one bannanna about an hour before I went to bed and my leg

cramps quit...Just an idea...Hope ya'll are feeling well..lots of huggzzz

Calcium and Magnesium are 2 minerals all people with Fibro

should be taking on a daily basis. Especially the mag.

it is going to have a noticeable effect on my FMS symptoms, of course, but

magnesium does seem to show up on a lot of lists of minerals considered

beneficial.

The banana's are very high in potassium something else the body needs to

function. I wouldn't recommend taking Magnesium without the Calcium. I

also seem to remember the body can't absorb the magnesium without the

potassium, or perhaps it's the other way around. Sorry I forget.

Thank you soo much about the helpful information about the

calcium/magnesium pills I will try this again...pray for me...thought I was

die'n last time I took magnesium..lol
