dianne:

lol ~ i'm SURE i have that recipe, I save everything. of course

when i want something, i can find nothing!!

i will chart a course for this recipe and find it for you. in a

nutshell, she took 1/2 batch & made " white soap " and scooped

with an ice cream scooper. (i'm guessing she must of let it set

some, but not harden completely) then 1/2 batch she added baking

cocoa (color) and let it set up in a rubbermaid drawer thingy

(technical terms, lol) and sliced in the shape of brownies.

i will hunt around for the actual recipe~ you may come up with

some creative ideas in the meantime --feel free to share any

ideas. laura makes a tri color, tippy kinda soap that i've been

meaning to attempt. not enough hours in a day! she also has

some pics of her swirl soaps that are awesome. very talented

lady, that one!

Hey, Larrae--

That's a cool idea. It would really be eye-catching in a basket or on a

craft table.

One thought, if anyone is going to try this. You might want to put your

vanilla in the brownie part, too. That vanilla would likely discolor. I

know most of us already know this, but this is just in case some newbie is

heading for the soap pot! :)

Thanks for sharing it with us. Wouldn't it be neat for Valentine's Day or

Sweetest Day?

I make a pie soap that I got the idea from a Tricia in TX. I was trying to

sell them at a craft show last fall. Not a single one sold... but one lady

was tempted to buy it and try to serve it to her husband. She was a

hysterical! LOL! :)
