May I be so bold as to offer a hint which has helped me? Unless your

new lifestyle plan is something you can stick to permanently it won't

work long term. ***

What I do is that every weekend my church has a potluck. I normally

always go. I eat what I want without worrying about losing weight. Of

course, since it is a vegetarian potluck I don't eat meat but lots of

vegetables. There is always a dessert which I have a small piece of. I

figure that is the time to socialize and enjoy myself. The rest of the

week I watch what I eat. Also, since I eat such a big lunch, I rarely

am hungry for supper. Of course, in order for my body to avoid the

starvation mode, I have started eating something small.
