Hi Andy!

I've been a bit behind on the posts. When's your surgery date?

Ok, if I had to pick just one thing (boy, that's a challenge), one

thing that I didn't anticipate needing but used a bunch of is the

Ocean saline spray for your nose. Ocean is the brand name ... there

are others. But it is a spray that you would use in your nose

instead of Afrin, as Afrin will rebound the congestion with a

vengeance after a few days of use. The saline spray is just that ...

not a medication, just intense salty moisture. As I was instructed

not to blow my nose for 6 long miserable weeks, I used tons of the

spray to loosen nose gunk that I could then allow to drip out or

*gently* extract with a q-tip.
