Guest guest
Hi Andy! I've been a bit behind on the posts. When's your surgery date? Ok, if I had to pick just one thing (boy, that's a challenge), one thing that I didn't anticipate needing but used a bunch of is the Ocean saline spray for your nose. Ocean is the brand name ... there are others. But it is a spray that you would use in your nose instead of Afrin, as Afrin will rebound the congestion with a vengeance after a few days of use. The saline spray is just that ... not a medication, just intense salty moisture. As I was instructed not to blow my nose for 6 long miserable weeks, I used tons of the spray to loosen nose gunk that I could then allow to drip out or *gently* extract with a q-tip. Hope it helps!
