Guest guest Posted July 9, 2002 Report Share Posted July 9, 2002 Evening Meal 1 cup cottage cheese 6 1 whole tomato 0 4 slices cucumber 0 2 slices bread 2 1 Tbsp. cheez whiz 2 Total 10 Snack 16 pieces Crispy Minis 2 Breakfast 2 slices smart ones toast 1 2 poached eggs 4 coffee/ sugar 2 Total 7 Snack 1-1/2 cups red seedless grapes 1.5 Lunch Aylmer's Vegetable Soup 1 cup 4 16 pieces Crispy Minis 2 Total 6 Point Available 26 - 31 Points Used 26.5 After yesterday's feast at KFC, I decided to keep it to the low end of the range.
