Guest guest
So finally got his second band yesterday. It's funny how much bigger it seems than the first one. It's pretty much the same as the old one with an extra holding point on top to hold it better on his head. It also looks like it comes up higher on his head. He didn't mind it at all and slept great with it on last night. This morning I checked his head when he woke up and had a bright red mark on his forehead where there is a holding point. It still hasn't gone away and it's been 4 hours. It's kind of square -ish looking and I called CT about it. Well they just called me back and I'm going in today to check it out..so I'll let you know what happens. Oh boy! Guest guest
Carol, Hopefully a quick adjustment and you'll be good to go. I was the same way when Dominick got his second band...it looked so big, lol. It really shows you just how much they grow doesn't it. You should see Dom's third band compared to his first one, lol. Let us know how it goes today. CAROLG > > So finally got his second band yesterday. It's funny how much > bigger it seems than the first one. Guest guest
Sounds like a small adjustment is in order. Let us know what they said Sandy Willow's Mom Cranio Grad 02/04 (Germany) > > So finally got his second band yesterday. It's funny how much > bigger it seems than the first one. Guest guest
So CT made his 1st adjustment because there was not enough room. I think we may have missed his 6 month growth spurt while the band was off. Anyway I left it off last night because the spot was still there. I figured I'd start off fresh today but the spot is still there today. Has this happened to anyone? Will this go away?? It's almost like a bruise now. Weird! I'm worried now. What do you think? > > Carol, > I hope today's adjustment takes care of that red spot! > >

Guest guest
Sounds strange. how much did his head circumference grow between cast and fit? I didn't see your other post. I would call CT and try and get in. Hopefully it's not a long drive. Turning into a bruise sounds weird. na, DOC Grad Feb 04, Tort Resolved Kiersten, DOC Band 1/10/06, Tort www.thefilyaws.com > > > > Carol, > > I hope today's adjustment takes care of that red spot! > > > > >

Guest guest
They didn't take his circumference this time. It has finally faded and funny but it's pretty dry now...Wondering if it was eczema after all. Ct didn't think so and neither did I but it was so strange. It's on now and every time I do his skin checks his hair is soaked, and he's got alot of red marks. They do seem to fade in an hour but he didn't have this much trouble the last time. Figures with the second one! Carol > > > > > > Carol, > > > I hope today's adjustment takes care of that red spot! > > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
Carol, Just your luck. Keep a close eye on that spot (maybe some cortisone cream to help it heal or aquaphor - rub in well). Funny about the sweat - I mean he hasn't been out of band #1 that long. It's like his body totally adjusted to the no band and now is fighting to go back in it. na, DOC Grad Feb 04, Tort Resolved Kiersten, DOC Band 1/10/06, Tort www.thefilyaws.com > > > > > > So CT made his 1st adjustment because there was not enough room.
