Hi Audrey,

If your son is a mild case and you are seeing some improvement than

I would give it another month. I would take some good pictures from

every angle of your son's head now and then aggressively reposition

him for the next month. This means the only time he should be on

his flat spot would be when absolutely necessary, like in the car.

If he's not sitting yet I would look into purchasing a Bumbo Seat

for him. An exersaucer will be a big help too. Then, when the

month is up take the pictures again and reassess his progress. If

you're happy then just keep up w/the repo and if you aren't

satisfied then band him. He's really at that borderline age with

repositioning as it gets harder to control them once they can move

around so much, but since you think you are seeing improvement and

if he is truly mild then I think you can try it for another month.
