First of all, there are many explanations for lymph node enlargement, and for

new and/or growing nodules, so while I agree that you must look into this, I'd

try not to worry yet.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge will write in with a precise, definitive

answer, but I have some questions first.

- Did you have an RAI ablation? Were your 4 clean scans RAI scans?

- What has your TSH been? Tg?

I don't think you necessarily need to go to Houston immediately; I would

imagine that much of the preliminary tests and scans can be done more locally,

to confirm or rule out what it is your

dealing with. I would call the doctor (endo?) in Houston and figure out the

next steps.
