Guest guest
Hey , I heard about the Relacore here. Trying it. It's supposed to balance mood swings and have a weight loss side-effect. Jon Please note: message attached Jon: Congrats on the 3-pound loss. That's wonderful. What is Relacore, if you don't mind me asking. I'm sure you've probably already explained it when I was MIA. > Finally, some good news. I'm not attributing it to Relacore, Dexatrim or > just me eating in more. I think it's a combination of all of these. > Anyway, I'm down 3, from 295 to 292. > > Jon > " Do not wait for ideal circumstances, nor the best opportunities; they will > never come. " - Janet E. Guest guest
Thanks, and just so you know, I'm on prozac and xanax. Now the bigger question, did I ask the doc, is a no, but I haven't had any adverse side effects except that darned third nipple. Just kidding. Jon Please note: message attached Really? Guest guest
Hey gang, it's a maintain. No biggie, I was meeting the gf's more extended family this weekend and helping her set up her new apartment, so I wasn't home to cook. Wasn't a shock and we're all kicking butt this coming week!!! Guest guest
Maintain is good. Not being home to cook is difficlut. I need to get my behind in gear and cook more then I would do better. But This next week I am working some coubles again so no time. I am working the voluntary OT so the can't make me work the mandatory when I don't want too.
