Guest guest Posted April 23, 2003 Report Share Posted April 23, 2003 get uphave ONE coffee with 2 suger and small amount of milk ride 25 minutes to work(yuck) get there and make instant oatmeal,ONE package sit all day on my butt at my desk Lunch oatmeal again, one pack. in between all thsi is water....water bleck bleck ride home, 25 minues home. clean house supper, nothing ut of the ordinary NO WEIGHT LOSS! ugh i am on th epatch to quit smoking and no wieght GAIN, butno loss at all what am i doing wriong.I have a desk job so I cant be active during day! i walk to deliver avon books, buit that is only every 2nd week Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
