I had spent 8 months in bed going from physical therapy, massage therapy, neurologist, chiropractor. The shot gave me a terrible headache for 5 days I couldn't lift my head up off my pillow. I was supposed to go back for two more. HA I scheduled the surgery. I'm still in pain but no longer in bed full-time. I am sure when I fell and landed so hard on my butt, it jammed the lower part of my spine together, sure felt that way.
