tightening the band too much. The band shouldn't be leaving red

marks. See if they'll remove part of the foam for your son.

Thats what they did for my son and no problems since that regarding pink spots = )

I know your not asking me and I am not a pro at this but I wouldnt wait. I would ry and get in sooner. My son had a little pink that would go away that started on friday and it got worse. By monday morning it looked very dry. I guess he had a little break down.

Zofia I'll have them check it maybe the edge is too thick as you

said. I didn't notice it ever before but he has a lot of hair and I

could have missed it. I believe if it's pink it's not a big

problem? It's not red it's pink but I don't want it to get worse

either or always be pink. My next appointment is not until next Mon.

Sherry ,

That can happen sometimes, just remeber to use the one finger to

close the velcro. I am also wondering whe he is due for his

adjustment...maybe it's a growth spurt? I hope for the growth

spurt,lol.

Sherry,

If he sleeps in it tonight and it is ok in the morning then no

worries, sometimes they get them and they just dissappear. If it is

still there in the morning then time it fading again and call the

ortho. They know that sometimes when changing to the two week

schedule this can happen, it did with Dom, but then the next time we

were fine for the two weeks. It helps them judge growth sometimes so

they can make better adjustments for the two week span.

sherry,

hey! dont feel guilty. it happens, and i did the same thing. youre a great mom

for going

this far to help him to begin with! :) it wont hurt him to be out of the helmet

for a day,

look at it as a chance to enjoy that little uncovered head for a bit!

Sounds like he had a growth spurt - yipee - that happened a couple

of times with na. She would be fine no pink and then boom

there was pink. Luckily it coincided nicely with our weekly CT

visit.
