Hi, I am very curious as to your improvements after using ALA. Tell

me this, before you added the ALA to the DMSA and when you were just

using DMSA, were you using it every 3 or 4 hours?

Because your intolerance to the DMSA might have been the timing of

it. You might tolerate taking chelators every 3 hours, rather than 4

(that's if you had been using DMSA previously at every 4 hours).

I'd be interested to know. But it's great you are able to chelate

like this now. Not sure how you manage continuous chelation with the

broken sleep and stress of it, but obviously it works for you and

going off it is far worse.

I hope over time, that if enough mercury gets chelated, youwill be

able to find you can go off rounds and have breaks without that awful

inbetween downer.

anyway, let me know about the timing of the DMSA you were on before

you began ALA. I cannot tolerate DMSA at even 12 mg. I am tempted

to try it again soon on 6 mg. Could you also tell me whether, even

though the DMSA at that very low dose was hard, were you still

noticing any improvements at all along the way? any reduction in

some mercury?

sorry for all the questions, but i'm intrigued by your greater

tolerance.

I started the frequent dose chelation a little over two months ago.
