Guest guest
But ALWAYS remember ~~~ turtles in green are a LOT better than RED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hugs, Randie for sale Turtles for sale to good homes. The current owner(me) has decidedthat turtling is not in the future plans. I am definately an animal lover so I can't just drop off these turtles just anywhere. Do I have a taker for these invisible little guys? I haven't really checked into it, but I guess one could be a female turtle and one a male. Whoknows maybe they will multiply, and become a sea of turtles. Guest guest
I am so glad that you are seeking a humane home for the turtles. At least they are not being made into turtle soup or turtle on the half shell. Can I put in a bid for future preference in case I have an opening in my home? Especially on Saturday mornings around weigh in time? Right now we have a dog, 3 cats, a bird and a large aquarium. But I could definitely make room for the turtles if I need to do so one day in my bank book. Beth maggiedohr wrote: Turtles for sale to good homes. Guest guest
Turtles for sale were my way of dealing with the fact that I have had two turtles in a row when weighing in. The last two weeks I have done everything by the book, and yet the scale seems to think keeping me at a turtle is humorous. Today, we were given survival packets by our program director. I went directly to my truck and ate the sugar free chocolate piece of candy. I sat there for a few minutes, and thought well, you could go out and eat everything in sight and feel sorry for yourself or you could grit your teeth and froth at the mouth. My choice was to stop off at Long Silvers and order the shrimp snack packs, two to be exact. I peeled the breading off and ate the shrimp. I came home with a diet coke in hand, and I sat down at the computer and wrote turtles for sale. I have a weird way of dealing with things at time, but at least it wasn't gobbling down a mountain of food and then figuring out how I was going to deal with the after affects later. I am drinking water right now as I type, and I will be exercising with (the tape) later.

Guest guest
Hiya Clara Those turtles will probably be in your backyard for a long time. I think I read somewhere that some turtles can live to be a hundred years old or more. Good luck in getting a picture, it sounds like they are people shy. Have a great day Theresa

Guest guest
Maggie, I would love to have your turtles if I were close enough to get them!! We have two in the back yard, but hardly ever see them. We have a hot-tub house that is raised up off the ground, and we think that is where they stay most of the time. However, we always have water out for them in case they want to come out - - and they have all the dog food they want to eat! LOL They are so neat to watch - - - surely somebody close by will give them a home. (((HUGS))) Clara No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. Guest guest
Did I miss the point here? Do you really have "real" turtles, or are you talking about the ones in your bank book??? Guest guest
Well, Maggie - - - I thought you meant real turtles - - I'm a little slow on the uptake here!! But I really do have two REAL turtles in my back yard, and they are fun to watch when they come out of hiding! When they make an appearance again, I'll have to take a picture to send to the loop!! They've been around for years - - my oldest son and his wife lived in this house for several years before we bought it from them - and the turtles were here when they came, so I know that was at least 10 years ago!! Sure is quiet here on the loop with all those "chatty" folks gone to Day Camp, isn't it??? Will be glad when they get back and report in to the rest of us who were stuck at home!! LOL Keep on "computing" and NOT EATING!! (((HUGS))) Clara No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. Guest guest
I had three turtles in a row. Then a 1/2 pound loss.
