I have a friend who wrote this today.. a grim warning… HI DI HOPE YOU AND EDDIE AND BABIES OK, I HAVE BEEN REALY BAD FOR 3 DAY'S BAD BAD DREAM'S WAS TRYING TO GET MY MUM OUT OF HER GRAVE AND ALL FAMILY WAS FIGHTING. HAD THE SHAKE'S AGAN BUT NO WERE NEAR AS BAD THEN I WENT TUNSTALL YESTERDAY WALKED IN THE SHOE SHOP AND I COULD NOT BREATH GOT OUT FAST LEANED IN WINDOW'S GOT MY SELF SORTED WENT DOCTORS WAS TOLD I HAD TO GO BACK ON 1ML OF DIAZERPAM A DAY FOR 4 WEEKS I WAS GETTING DTS I WAS SO UPSET AS I HAD NOT HAD ANY FOR 2 WEEKS NEARLY THOUGHT IT WAS ALL OVER I WAS SO PLEASED TO BE OFF THEM DID NOT KNOW YOU COULD GET THE DTS FROM SUTCH A LOW DOSE NO WONDER I HAD A STROKE WHEN HE TOOK ME OFF THEM 3 YEARS AGO SO FAST GOTING TO GO IN HALF A ML AFTER 3 WEEKS FOR A MONTH THEN EVERY OTHERE DAY FOR A MONTH THEN EVERY 2 DAYS AND SO ON I WANT SO BAD TO GET OFF THEM NOW BUT NOT ENOUGH TO MAKE ME ILL AGAIN I AM GOING TO TRY GO AWAY FOR A WEEK WELL 5 DAYS ON THE 24TH WITH MY NEICE AGAIN. I GOT TO GO HAIRDRESSERS TO DAY BUT FEEL BETTER THAN YESTERDAY AND NO DREAM'S LAST NIGHT THANK'S DI LOVE BRENDA XXXX This is the 2nd time she has tried to come off them.. she was hospitalised last time, as she could not stop shaking violently….. all day , all night.. A friend's mum, who has thyroid problems and wasn't sleeping well, was put on them to help her sleep!!!!! It's evil stuff! About 20 years ago there was a huge amount of publicity about the number of people addicted to diazepam in the UK, who had been on it for years and years, and they reckoned that you got addicted after two weeks!
