EST). Your inquiry was whether you can be added to the ADD_MED list. I don't control that. I'm not sure that Dr. Rotgers has any more control than I. The Listowner generally restricts membership to those who are working in the field of chemical dependence. It's not clear to me how my response to Dr. Rotger's inquiry got back to you, but that's probably not important. Dr. Rotgers asked what we thought of the webpage and article by him. I answered. The issue is not whether you were slandering. You have a right to express your opinion, as you say; although a misrepresentation with intent to injure could result in a libel. My comment about it being a sham or possibly a slander is cautionary to the webpage publishers, who put your article under the heading of " Freedom Hater of the Month " , going on to invite us to read your story of " her constitutional crimes.
