Guest guest
Finaly the insurance came back they didn't approve it they were just mailing it back because they didn't know it was for predetirmination and said I didn't have enough iformation to process it (receipts). I spoke to them on the 14th of February and the Stamp on their envelope was dated February 15th. That means it was still there when I was talking to them. Ugh. They could have went and got it but nooooo. I'm mad. We are getting dh's work involved now just incase. The insurance company has already lied twice to me so we want to be careful now. Guest guest
Haylee, I am so sorry that you have to deal with this run around. Insurance companies like to do this kind of stuff to put off paying for things. It is good that you get hubby's company involved that will help.
