I agree, and I also take chromium picolinate with every meal as per Andy, and I

think it helps even things out. I'm not 100% sure on this one, and maybe others

know better, but isn't cinnamon also supposed to be good for blood sugar/insulin

problems? Just a couple things to try, if you haven't done so yet.-------Jackie

Both my son and I have found that taking Chromium as suggested by Andy

has worked very well in helping to even out and regulate the highs and

lows of blood sugar. I take it with each meal. The only time it

flairs up is when I have a bout of recirculating Hg.
