I'm not 100% sure on this one, and maybe others know better, but isn't cinnamon also supposed to be good for blood sugar/insulin problems? Both my son and I have found that taking Chromium as suggested by Andy has worked very well in helping to even out and regulate the highs and lows of blood sugar. I take it with each meal.
