Guest guest
I'm no expert but from what I've read, you may be having a " copper dump " . You might want to lower your dose of chromium. There is somewhat of an art to reducing copper apparently. Also, I read on a site that chromium piccolate is bad and chelated chromium is good. Not sure what the difference is. Guest guest
What are copper symptoms? I ask because my mother, who has CFS, tried chromium and it made her feel much worse. Could this have been the copper reducing? Thank you, Diane Re: I just tried chromium to try and reduce copper..... TK--- for copper, cut out exposure and increase zinc, molybenum and vit c. Guest guest
Molybdenum reduces copper well, as Tk said along with zinc. Chromium is good to regulate blood sugar and other things. I don't think it does much for copper. Most people I have talked with have had success with the molybdenum. And of course, reduce exposure. > > > > ....and I just came down with a lot of symptoms. Guest guest
Yes, definitely. She feels dreadful if she has sugar, yeast or gluten. Thanks for that, it probably explains a lot.
