But then again, we're familiar with the issues. Of course, it's very nice to hear AA being critiqued without a lot of personal attacks being thrown back in return. Especially when it's someone you know (well, sorta <grin>) doing it. but from waht tommy said, it sounds like > thier was alot of hostilty being vented at rebbeca. There was a fair amount of step-talk being thrown back at her, but everyone was pleasant and civil. I almost wish there *had* been some hostility - it sounded like she could have handled that easily, and it would have made the AA advocates that much *less* credible. > it may be usefl > to see agood example of how she hadnled that scenario. maybe > rebebca will be given a tape for free? Maybe so...I've done a few back-of-the-envelope calculations, and if the tape were recorded at a very low data rate, it would fit in the files section of this website, or on someone's private page, even though it was a one hour show. (The low data rate would be fine, since it's dialogue, not music, which would require a much higher rate). One thing to consider, though - what would KQED's position be on making a tape of one of their broadcasts publicly available? Would copyrights and such get in the way?
