Guest guest
Can you tell me all your temps of this cycle instead of just a couple of them...it is hard to interpret when you don't have the whole picture...not saying I'll be able to figure it out with all of them, but I'll see if I can help. -AmyR
Guest guest
Just in case you hadn't heard of it - " Taking Charge of Your Fertility " by Toni Wechsler is a wonderful book that covers charting in detail. Probably even more important than tracking basal temp is cervical fluid. Anyway, I highly recommend this book. --- spinachgirl wrote: > Hi Amy! Sorry I was so crazy in my email about > charting. Guest guest
, I'd be inclined to say that O was on 3/10. What did your temp do today? Did it stay up? Do you track your cm? If so does it correlate with an O date of 3/10? Okay, so I think I just asked more questions than I answered LOL!, but if your temp stayed up today and you had fertile cm on 3/9 or 3/10 then I could be most certain that O was on 3/10. Hope that helps some -AmyR
Guest guest
Thanks. I will take a look at that book. Oh, and I did have that cervical mucus on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Thanks for reminding me of that. -sorry if I wrote the wrong name last time. I get so confused when I am responding to emails. Besides, I am a big goofball anyway. -- In ectopicpregnancy@y..., Terri Sears <terrisears@y...> wrote: > Just in case you hadn't heard of it - " Taking Charge > of Your Fertility " by Toni Wechsler is a wonderful > book that covers charting in detail. Guest guest
Amy- my temp. went back down to 97.6 today, but the lowest temp. I had so far was still on 3/10 which was 97.2. Also, I sent in another message, I had cm on 3/8, 3/9, and 3/10. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Thanks again. > , > > I'd be inclined to say that O was on 3/10.
