Gel Wax

I have a question for those of you that are doing gel candles. I know this

is not the gel candle list - I am on one of the lists - but didn't want to

ask this question there - you will understand why.

I have used Biomax1 gel - and am pleased with it. However, I am wanting to

try some other companies gel wax to compare and would like input from those

of you that have used other gel wax. I am completely out of my gel wax and

so want to do some ordering soon - but want to compare first. Perhaps a

couple of you that have some from another company could trade me a bit of

what you have for something I have (bar of soap maybe??) - Also, what size

wicks are you finding work best. I know wicks need to be trimmed - but I

don't like the mushroom affect I get from the wicks I am using - do paper

core wicks work?? I am pouring into 6 and 9 oz hex jars.
