K,

Thanks for all your hard efforts in contacting Resolve and getting a meeting with the President. I shall be looking forward to reading about this meeting.

Unfortunately we don't have anything similar to Resolve here in Cyprus so I won't be of any help by doing something similar in my country. Perhaps other members can try in their countries. You cannot imagine my excitement as I feel we are moving closer and closer to helping thousands of women all over the world with Ashermans.

I can't believe you are already 19 weeks. Keep those feet up and you will almost be there. Glad to hear your bleeding has stopped.

Hi everyone,

Sorry I have not posted lately. I am still doing the moderation for

new comers, and will be bale to make some more comments, and offer

more support shortly. I am 20 wks and 3 days, but who is counting.

I went to the peri on Friday. My cervix went from 3.7 on the last

visit to 3.2. They inserted a pesori (looks like a big diaghpram)

into my cervix. I am on complete bedrest. My wonderful husband has

set me up wit a wireless network. Yipee. I can still be attached to

the world from bed. The pesori is a bit uncomfortable, so I may go

in on Monday. I have another complete exam on Thursday. He will

decide if we should do a cerclage at this point. This is the last

week he said he can do one.

He did say there is a higher risk for AS patients re I/C. I really

hope everyone pushes between weeks 14 and 22 to be monitored closely

if you are pg. Many members I know have not had this issue, but I am

sure those who have would agree it is worth hevery ounce of

prevention!

Needless to say I am a wreck, and I am praying the bedrest does the

trick!

Best Wishes to everyone!

Gladys,

Definately demand to see hin more often than the average once a month. I truly believe I would have had no hope if I was on this plan. How far are you?

Thanks Poly! I will keep everyone up to date. Most importantly, I wanted to warn everyone that post AS we are at higher risk!

Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear you are on complete bedrest but at least you can still communicate via your email and keep us posted. Please take extra care and hopefully you can avoid the cerclage. I can only imagine your feelings at this point. We are with you all the way. Sending you strength from Cyprus.
