Guest guest
I have the number to Morales' office, but Morales, even though he might be a great dentist, uses a lot of really bad detox protocol, suggesting that people takes lots of mobilizers, and such, and if they don't feel good on them, either quit, or just take even more of them. I know this because I locked horns with Torrie for awhile....she got pretty nasty with me offline and said she wished she had never met me. (which is fine, LOL) She makes comments about what she thinks of CUtler's protocol, which is well and fine, but says that she has no intention of reading his book or any of his material...she says that other " experts " have not read his material either, although she admitted that after contacting him, that Boyd Haley is in the process of reading it, and so far says that what he reads makes sense, but she still insists that the shotgun apporach to chelating is best for most people. They also recommend ALA, but large amounts and NOT on a frequent dosing schedule, so I really hesistate to refer him there....see? So, I think in all good conscience, forwarding him to Morales would be a bad idea and discredit to everything we are trying to do here. Agree? Any other ideas? I hope he is reading and translating this.... ~Inga > Maybe he could contact Dr. Hal Huggins for a referral or Dr. Morales, > who is a mercury-free dentist in Mexico. > > Dr. Huggins > http://www.drhuggins.com/default.asp?PageName=Alliance%20Members > TOLL FREE 1- > > Or Morales DDS, Tijuana, Mexico - he is trained by Huggins > Email Dr. Morales drmorales_tj@... > http://bikerchick.freehomepage.com/photo.html > > > > > > > I can help a little. Guest guest
Hi Ingrid, I ran into that same brick wall with Torrie and safe chelation protocols. The thing I like most about Andy's protocol is he wants Chelation to be safe for EVERYONE. Whereas others consider that if 8 people out of ten DO have a good reaction and 2 people DON'T have a good reaction then that is acceptable. Not so acceptable if you happen to fall into the last group. This Yahoo group seems to have gathered many people that have NOT had good experiences with indiscriminate chelation. But its seems that few people know enough about chelation. So I suppose education is the most important part, rather than attacking those who are chelating ignorantly. That is what I contested with Torrie. She perceives any disagreement towards her protocols as an attack on her and Dr Morales, then proceeds in following emails to lash out against dissenters effectively preventing any education from happening. It is a pity, because Andy's protocol is deeply needed to work in symbiosis with amalgam removal IMO. And, I have heard very good reports on Dr Morales. It also seems that he is more interested in Amalgam removal and leave the chelation options up to you. So perhaps if you choose to go and see him you should self-educate about chealtion. I'm sure that Oral Chelation will one day be done according to the gold-standard Andy Cutler, in the same way as Amalgam is removed according to the gold-standard Hal Huggins On another note does anyone have any opinions on this dentists in Mexico : Dr Lagos http://www.biologicaldent.com/center_for_biological_dentistry/about_us.html Seems his fees are quite steep for some things? And he doesn't mention chelation either.. Guest guest
Yes, I know Dean, in fact, at one point Torrie accused me of having an " underground " going on with you being one of the members, LOL. How bizzare! I think she never quite got all the mercury out of her brain, LOL...in fact maybe drove more of it up there with all the indiscriminate use of ALA...gigglng right along here.... Anyway, yes, it is sad because some of us are very sick, and find out way to places like this to try and get better after all the damage. In fact, she could probably do a lot of good with all the energy she puts forth towards mercury if she could just open up her mind a little bit and READ the darn material ......oh well.....I couldn't wreck myself anymore by trying to communicate with her, no matter how kind and congenial I tried to be..... >>>>>>>But my main concern at this moment is to find a way to answer this fellow who wrote in Spanish, looking for help at the beginning of this post. >>>>>>>ANY SPANISH SPEAKING PEOPLE HERE???<<<<<<< Thanks, Inga > Hi Ingrid, > I ran into that same brick wall with Torrie and safe chelation > protocols. Guest guest
Oh, this is very interesting Inga. I am new to all this, as you probably know, and still trying to sort it all out myself. I have ordered Cutlers book but have not gotten yet so obviously I am still in the dark. Thank you for explaining all this to me and I am glad you caught this. I certainly wouldn't want to give out bad information. > >> I have the number to Morales' office, but Morales, even though he >> might >> be a great dentist, uses a lot of really bad detox protocol, >> suggesting >> that people takes lots of mobilizers, and such, and if they don't >> feel >> good on them, either quit, or just take even more of them. >> >> I know this because I locked horns with Torrie for awhile....she got >> pretty nasty with me offline and said she wished she had never met >> me. >> (which is fine, LOL) She makes comments about what she thinks of >> CUtler's protocol, which is well and fine, but says that she has no >> intention of reading his book or any of his material...she says that >> other " experts " have not read his material either, although she >> admitted that after contacting him, that Boyd Haley is in the process >> of reading it, and so far says that what he reads makes sense, but >> she >> still insists that the shotgun apporach to chelating is best for most >> people. Guest guest
This information is according to Torrie. I can not say it is fact from my own knowledge. Once a few of us started mentioning Cutler at her website, she told us that the has contacted the " experts " and that they had not read Andy's material, looking for a reason for why she was justified in not reading his book. This is when she got back the information that Boyd Haley was in the middle of reading it. My sense of it was that she was looking for any way she could to discredit Andy. That can not be done in my mind because I have experienced with my own body that what he says is true, as I am a pretty classic case of all the bad things that can go wrong. But when I do things following Andy's instructions, everything he says is exactly what happens to me and how my body responds. So I have to believe what Andy says is true, on top of everything else pointing to the fact that his knowledge is correct. It is all backed up by sound scientific logic. I think it might be a little porfessional jealousy...never thought of it that way before. WE are i the middle of a major paradigm shift, and this type of thing is pretty typical for when new truths are discovered: they are first rebutted, and tried to be discreditted...later on they are accepted as self evidenced truths. There is a saying about this,,,many of you have probably heard it... don't have it on hand though... Yes, it is simply amazing that the Dan community can not come to consider the facts that Andy presents. I think there is some ego involved, and to accept a newly discovered truth, would be to admit, at the same time, that one had been mispracticing with error beforehand. Ouch. WHO SPEAKS SPANISH AROUND HERE THAT CAN HELP THAT FELLOW? ~Inga > Boyd Haley has never read Andy's books? I find that amazing. > What's the deal? Is it Andy's charming personality that turns these > people off; or professional jealousy? > > Honestly, I've never understood why the DAN! community cannot grasp > the low/frequent chelation method (at least as an OPTION for > parents). > > Pam > > ----------
