The way I understand it, sliding genio just means basically cutting

off the end of the chin and sliding it forward. I wouldn't think that

would widen it. However, I would think there would be a way to widen

it. Good question!

Well I was thinking that maybe they could cut the part of the the

chin they cut off in half, move it foward, and place the two halves

apart from eachother and bone would just grow between them.

Sounds like that work to me! Same principle as the regular sliding

genio.
