Awwwwwww Elana!! Thank you so much!!! Let me tell you ALL you whackjobs (kidding!!!) who weigh everyday a little secret....when you let that flippin scale become a part of your daily life you are letting it have farrrrrrrrrrr too much control over your feelings and in all liklihood your actions as well. Meaning...if you have a ''retaining water day'' and youre up a few lbs as women can sometimes be.....and it effects your mindset....and then effects your mood ..and then lets you slip into ''well Im up anyway so I may as well have (insert high fat high sugar no nutrition snack/meal/binge here)'' ....then what good does that do you? NONE!!! And far MORE IMPORTANTLY and I cannot stress this enough yall.......that number on the scale is PART of who you are its NOTTTTTT who you are. Dont give 3 little stinking ass numbers more power then they deserve!! This is from someone who in alllll previous attempts to lose weight/get healthy worshipped at the alter of a scale almost daily and mmmmmm you can see what I am fighting back from now....right? So put those scales up and use them weekly at the MOST and I guarantee you will lessen the ''hold'' those numbers have on you. PLUS when you only weigh weekly/monthly those dastardly water days wont effect you so much b/c unless youre reallllllllly bloated you wont even notice them!!! Ahhhh well ...just my thoughts!! I am sooooo glad to hear youre doing well Elana and really happy you had a good night out w/ hubby AND had good food days too!! YAY YOU!!! Keep on keeping on with us Elana!!! Youre doing fab!!!
