Amy,

Can you imagine? He actually works till about 3 am every night, he called

back at 11:15 pm last night! I figured we won't get home till after

midnight, but it's okay. I'm so excited I'm probably walk home if he said

it would get me pregnant sooner (and I live over an hour away!).

Amy,

The thing to remember here is lifestyle. It is ok to eat those things!

It's the amounts you need to worry about. I eat pizza, burgers and

sweets, just not very much of them. Take small bites, chew thoroughly

and drink water before eating and it is ok. Don't beat yourself up

about it. Remember if you aren't doing things you can always do, the

weight is not going to stay off anyway. What I do is if I know I'm

going to have something like that I eat light like have Slim fast in

the morning and maybe a salad for lunch, then I eat normal for dinner.

You should not feel deprived and should not feel guilty for eating

normal. Portion control is key. But yes, like you said work on the

water, especially after having pizza. I can't say it enough, lifestyle

lifestyle lifestyle. You aren't going to go the rest of your life

without those things right? So like I said, it's portion control. Take

it one day at a time. You are doing fine!
