He's probably going to say yes he does have experience. Since your original post expressed uncertainty about even banding him I bet it will make you feel more comfortable. The active bands can work very quickly especially with younger babies. I remember wondering after a week with my son if he was done! So it pays to ask questions. You've really done your homework so I'm sure he's not going to be offended.
