Guest guest
This site is ABSOLUTELY NOT affiliated with the USASillyYaks site. I will be politically correct here and leave it at that. I do not support that site in any way, shape or form. The antics of some other imposter sites is one of the reasons our site now maintains the highest levels of restrictions. (i.e., our members cannot view the membership list and therefore cannot take members addresses and invite them to join other groups, our members cannot post files directly to our site and they must be posted by me, etc.) We had someone out there who was accessing the membership list and who was intentionally deleting and taking files from our site. I think you may be able to fill in the remaining pieces of this puzzle. There is more to the story... but I'll leave it at that. I am affiliated with www.SillyYak.com and www.SillyYaks.com (which I also own, but they are not officially up and running yet). Hope that helps. Guest guest
I think I got it loud and clear. Guest guest
Interesting - I get all my posts via email and most of the time it doesn't register which group it's from. I will start paying more attention. --Trudy San , CA "People who believe in absurdities will eventually commit atrocities." ~Voltaire -------------- Original message -------------- You'll notice some more than coincidental similarities and things on the two sites. More often, you will notice some of my info on there with no credit or credit being given to someone else. (thing like candy lists, restaurant info, recipes, etc. seem to be, what I call.... "pirated.")By the way, there is one SillyYak support group in Pennsylvania who did ask me if they could use the name for their online support group site based for their local members on a delphi group, and I graciously said sure. That is the only site out there with a name like this one that gets the Yak seal of approval. > > >> > > I received an email last week inviting me to join the USASillyYaks > > group.
