Thank goodness you do need coffee Terry. <grin> I too need one at least.

I go to my local coffee house and have a very weak soychino. They said

they are only using about 1/4 of the usual coffee for a cupachino.

I was watching a current affair program the other night and they were

talking about all types of health and diet issues. One thing that came up

was coffee. They said that two cups of coffee a day would speed up your

metabolic rate (healthy) however more than two reversed it (unhealthy).

Something to ponder on.
