increased allergy symptoms

Hi,

I experienced a significant increase in allergy symptoms following the

round of chelation where I added ALA. I didn't have the symptoms

during the round but on the days following. It was worse during the

2nd and 3rd days off, but have gradually lessened. It's my 5th day off

and I still have some symptoms. Should I wait 11 days between cycles

instead of 4 (3 on/ 11 off) for allergy symptoms to die down further

before doing another cycle? Anybody have any experiences with this?

The first time I chelated, I was on antihistimines all the time and

didn't experience this quite this way. I have been off of

antihistimines for over a year and really wouldn't want to go back on

giving my liver something else to have to process.
