I have thought about sueing the specialist more because he put the starband on my son when there was 4 weeks between the scan and the fitting. According to Orthomerica's website the starband must be fitted within 2 weeks. Sounds like they went against the manufacturers recomendations to me. Is the band still approved for use if it is not used according to the manufacturs guidelines.
