Hi,

Olivia definately has a DOC. There was the DOC sticker on it when

we received it. They STarscanned her just to get a feel for the

Starscanner when they would have to use it in February onwards. In

other words she was a practice run for scanning but she did not get

a Starband. THey couldn't even really interpret the results for

me. I came online here to do that myself. They did cast her for

the DOC at my insistence.

Last night was the 8th night in the band and it was the worst. At

the adj yesterday they shaved out a little in the back where she had

a pink spot but today the spot is even bigger (but a lighter pink).

THey told me they won't do anything for a light pink spot. Can I

put the moleskin in the band where I think the pink spot is? It has

2 nights in a row where this is her pattern: she sleeps for the

first 4-5 hours, then wakes up 2 hours later, then 1.5 hours later

until morning. She wakes up really crying and stays crying in my

arms. After calming her down, I removed the band and, presto, she

slept for 6 hours till I woke her up this morning. She is just not

adjusting to the band and I don't know what to do. She is such a

mellow baby so crying is so not her and it stops when we remove the

band. During the day she is okay with the band on as long as she is

not laying down.

I am so exhausted, I can barely see straight.
