Sometimes areas like these just need to for lack of a better word

toughen up a bit and then they are fine. Usually the light pink areas

will do that. I know how tired you are and how awful it can be, but I

would not take the band off at night it will just prolong the

adjustment period. Better to cry for a few nights then keep this up

for a few weeks you know. Maybe you can give yourselves a break for

one night and see if she sleeps through without it, that way you will

get some rest to get ready for the long haul and also know if it is

truly the band. One night will not hurt her and it will certainly

help you. Let us know how it goes. HUGS
