I have sort of figured out a way of typing that works pretty good, using the left hand normally on the keyboard and one finger that I can move on the right...slower but do-able...horray!! Thanks for sharing about the pencils, though, what a great idea!! I am now using my left hand and a pencil in my right...shoved in between my index finger and the splint and it works fabulously!! I always hate it when something hurts or doesn't work right and I realize how much I've taken it for granted until then. And congrats on winning the drawing! Here what I do (get ready it's a bit silly, but hey I am a tigger!!) I take two pencils with erasors and hold the pencils point side up in my fists and type using the erasors... it helps with the pain because I don't have to position my hands...it's still pecking away but it seems to make it faster!! lisa r T.T.F.N.
