Hi Rita,

A double congratulations to you on both the end of Prednisone and giving up

smoking! Good for you on that :-) I know it is hard, but you will reap such

benefits health wise by quitting. I am pulling for you to stick with it.

Sorry the Prednisone withdrawal is so hard though. I hope that passes

quickly.

Congratulations on kicking that bad boy out of your pill box!! I hope I'll

be following suit soon. And congrats on kicking the other bad boy out of

your purse and lungs. Keep it up, it took me a while to quit smoking but my

husband (then fiancé) said it was either the smokes or him...I think I made

the right choice.
