Guest guest
Hi Rita, A double congratulations to you on both the end of Prednisone and giving up smoking! Good for you on that :-) I know it is hard, but you will reap such benefits health wise by quitting. I am pulling for you to stick with it. Sorry the Prednisone withdrawal is so hard though. I hope that passes quickly.

Guest guest
Congratulations on kicking that bad boy out of your pill box!! I hope I'll be following suit soon. And congrats on kicking the other bad boy out of your purse and lungs. Keep it up, it took me a while to quit smoking but my husband (then fiancé) said it was either the smokes or him...I think I made the right choice. Amy Prednisone - Going going GONE!!!! > Hi Guys: > > This is my first week not taking any prednisone and I seem to be extremely tired. I'm still doing all my chores but really tired. The other thing I've noticed is a lot of joint pain, especially in the legs - hip/knee area. It's been difficult to bend or to stand from a sitting position and vice versa. > > PS Also it's my second day of non-smoking...this is hard but I'm trying.
