Guest guest
Hiya Everyone I am just writing to let you know about the telephone call from the Doctor that I had been expecting. She said that there had been no TSH detected in my blood test, therefore I must be having too much levothyroxine. After I pleaded with her she agreed that I could stay on 125 micrograms (I still feel that I would be better back on 200mcg as I FEEL so hypo). I mentioned "Armour" to her but she hadn't heard of it. The good news is that she is referring me to a specialist. I have looked at the letters here and someone mentioned a "Rhemy" - what is that? As for the medications I am on: Thiamine 50 mg daily Vitamin b compound "strong" tablets one daily Levothyroxine tablets 125 mcg daily Temazepam 10mg at night. Hypotears eye drops (for dry eye syndrome) Dothiepin (doselupin) tablets 150mg daily (I take them at night) Mebeverine hydrochloride tablets 135mg x 3 daily Salbutamol inhaler Mefenamic acid 500mg x 3 daily Omeprazole capsules 20mg daily Tramadol hydrochloride capsules 50mg x 4 daily Asilone suspension prn I have also just come off duphaston but am not sure I made the right decision. And in case I missed anything, I have two daughters. My eldest (19) lives with me. My youngest (nearly 18) lives with my Ex Husband. And I have a cat called "Socks" who is on my knee as I write... :-) I don't think I ever told anyone all this before! Oh, and I am 47 (it looks even older written down!)
