Guest guest
Vicki... make sure that you are taking the thyroid first thing in the morning and then wait with the iron until four hours later... the iron will bind with the thyroid and make both useless. Guest guest
Vicki, you have made a start already.. so good to know you are getting your wheels back on the track J Remember, dentists aren’t fun, I know, but I was a dental phobic until I saw film of a Vietnamese boy, about 9 yrs old, having a leg SAWN off without any anaesthetic, after he stepped on a mine. The ‘ hospital ‘ had NO drugs. The kid just held on to the side of the bed and made not a sound.. I decided from that moment to develop a backbone..
