Guest guest
I just had to share that my little is on Cranial Technologies website's October photo album. I had this realization last night when I got the email that he was on it, that I have come full circle with his plagio/brachy. Well over 3 months ago my husband brought up the possibility that we might have to get a helmet for him, as he knew of a friend's child who had one. I kept saying, " the Dr said it would round out " and dismissed it. Then again about 3 months ago when a client came into his office w/ their baby & said how round the baby's head was.... That night I began my internet search, which so many of us did, and came upon the Cranial Technologies website, amoung others. I looked at the clinical photos, and got very scared... that was my child's head!.....so flat in the back....I then saw the severity assessment test and got more scared & started crying knowing this truly was a problem and this is the route we had to go. I was an absolute mess! I then went to the photo album and started to look thru the pictures.....all those cute little smiling babies.....I was even a bigger mess and couldn't even see the computer thru all the tears. When my husband saw me, I think he thought someone had died, I was such a wreck. Here I am 3 months later, 6 weeks into 's DOC band, and my smiling cutie pie is now on the CT's website. Wow, what a journey... He is having fantastic results, and it can only get better. Good luck to all who are going thru this & those going thru the decision making process. And thanks to all on this website who share their stories or issues, so the rest of us can learn, and know this is all OK.
