None of them had an explaination of any sort, but the therapist did apologize to Mom and said she would look into it. I aldo brought up to them about the aide not putting a waterproof pad to keep Mom from peeing on herself. They are going to change Mom's meds back to what she had been on before, along with her arthritis med which they took her off of. They are going to get an order for an appetite stimulant and for a supplement she can drink since she is not eating. After seeing their meals, I don't blame her for not wanting to eat. They don't have the resources the hospital does for meals, but they could make an effort to make them look appetizing. They also had her diagnosed as diabetic, which she isn't. She is hypoglycemic, which is a related condition, but not the same. I'm still not totally happy with them, but I do feel better after the meeting.
